This set is for Norfolk Southern's HP28R, HP29R and HP30R hopper Cars.

These cars were built by Freight Car America at the former East End Car Shop in Roanoke, Virginia.

Our HO Scale set will letter two cars and the N Scale set will also letter two cars.

This set includes complete decals for when the cars were built.
